To expand the Brainbridge Technics team we are currently looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated Manager. You’ll have a challenging role with focus on the entire recruitment strategy. In the course of time, developing and managing your team will become an important part of your job.
Your main tasks will be:
-You search and screen for talents in the labour market through various channels.
-You post our vacancies on various websites, social media, LinkedIn, etc. and ensure that talent pipeline is continuously filled.
-You will keep an eye on developments in the labour market and think strategically about how our organization can respond to these developments.
-You plan pre-selections, interviews and feedback interviews with candidates.
-You use our testing tool and analyse profiles and take care of the administrative handling
-You make reports and make presentations for the future operational team to inform them about the state of affairs and you advise them in your expertise
-You train and coach the future employees for the recruitment at their level
-Detecting the recruitment needs of your client portfolio
-Creating your own network of candidates by using different sources (database, job boards, social media, job fairs etc.)
-Conducting phone, video and face-to-face interviews
-Adopting a high quality personal approach by finding the right professional for the right job
-Acting as a true coach for your candidates and as a partner for your clients by accompanying them throughout the recruitment process
-You act as the right hand with leadership responsibility
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
-3-4 years of experience in technical and engineering recruitment/industry
-strong communication skills in Dutch AND English (French is an asset)
-a creative mindset
-the ability to successfully meet deadlines and to work in a competitive environment
-a proactive approach
-a positive, flexible and team-player attitude
